Connect the unit to the back of the WC pan

ensuring that the clips are tight

 

 

 

Step 3.

Connect the basin and shower outlets to the unit.

The system is gravity fed, care must be

taken to ensure shower outlet is high

enough to gravity feed into unit

 

Connect the outlet.

It is advised that a 32mm (or 22mm with a reducer)solvent weld pipe be used.Slow radius bends should be used as opposed to 90 degree bends.

On all units installed with a high vertical lift a bleedTee piece should be inserted at the pump end to aid servicing

Electrical connection.

The mains lead should be connected to a 3 amp fused spur

located externally, if used in a bathroom, and connected by

a qualified electrician.

 

Step 7.

Switch the supply on and test by briefly pressing the re-set button, located on the top of the unit. This will manually run the unit to check that the supply is connected. If it is ok, flush the toilet. The pump will run for approximately 3 seconds to empty the pan. Repeat several times to make sure the internal water level is set.

 

Step 6.

Run the basin or shower, if applicable, to ensure the unit discharges.

 

Step 8.

Finally fill out the warranty card entering the serial number, found on the left hand side of the unit, and return to TBS.  Fix warning label to top of cistern, failure to do so will invalidate warranty. These units are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for 12 months. Great care must be taken that only liquids, human waste or tissue are discharged. Please note that if sanitary towels or other solid products are flushed through the system it could invalidate the guarantee. An engineer call out will cost £250 payable in advance fully refundable if the unit is found to be faulty due to manufacturing defect in line with other manufacturers.

 

Important: This unit is a serviceable machine so access to it should be made available.

                  The warning label supplied must be stuck on the cistern or somewhere prominent.

                   Failure to comply will result in the warranty become void.
